Private launch

Access is limited and may be changed or withdrawn. The service is still evolving, and features may change before a broader release.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Forever the limited right to process that content solely to operate, secure, and support the service and the features you request.

Responsible use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to harm another person.
• Do not bypass access, usage, or security controls.
• Do not submit secrets or data you are not authorized to use.
• Review consequential automation and AI output before acting.

Subscriptions and credits

A paid subscription covers one workspace and its members. The trial applies only to that workspace's first subscription. Included Work credits refresh after a successful monthly payment and do not roll over. Purchased credits remain with the workspace while its subscription is usable. Prices and included amounts shown at checkout control the purchase.

Availability and warranties

The private release is provided as available without a guaranteed service level. To the extent allowed by law, Forever disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Ending use

You may stop using the service at any time and request export or deletion through Support. Access may be suspended to protect the service, comply with law, or address a material breach of these terms.
