Privacy
Forever Work stores the information needed to provide a private workspace, run automations, and improve reliability. It does not sell personal information.
Information we process
We process account identity from the sign-in provider; workspace content such as tasks, pages, files, conversations, automation definitions, and run history; feedback you submit; and operational records such as timestamps, usage counts, billing status, credit activity, and error logs. Stripe processes payment details; Forever does not store full card numbers.
Why we process it
We use this information to authenticate access, save and synchronize work, execute requested AI and automation features, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, secure the service, and respond to support needs.
Service providers
Forever uses Supabase for authentication, database, storage, and Edge Functions; Vercel for application hosting and aggregate web analytics; Stripe for subscription and payment processing; and configured AI model providers for requested AI work. These providers process information only to deliver their services.
Retention and control
Workspace content remains until it is deleted or the workspace is removed. Operational logs are kept only as long as needed for security and reliability. You can request an export or deletion through the Support page. Deletion may take additional time to age out of encrypted provider backups.

Access is enforced through authenticated workspace membership and database row-level security. For privacy questions or requests, use the support process described on the Support page.
