Store durable workspace knowledge as nested Markdown pages in Library.

Build the Library

Create and arrange pages

  1. Open Library and select New page. If the Library is empty, use the New page action in the empty state.
  2. Edit the page title and Markdown body. Changes save automatically.
  3. Create a child page from the Library navigation when related knowledge belongs below the current page.
  4. Drag pages in the navigation or use the page's Details controls to move them within the hierarchy.

Use page details and history

  1. Open Details to edit page properties, review attachments, or move the page.
  2. Upload an image or file from the editor. Work inserts a private attachment reference into the page.
  3. Open revision history to compare an earlier saved version with the current page and restore it when needed.
  4. Use the action menu to delete a page after confirming the destructive action.
